Fredrik Sarman

Fredrik Sarman works with business law in a broad sense and focuses his practice on company acquisitions and sales as well as advisory services in company law and labor law. He works mainly with owner-managed companies as well as within venture capital (acting from the investor side or a fund or acting for the target or the portfolio companies), from investments to exit. He has extensive experience in acquisitions, drafting of and negotiation of commercial agreements and he has extensive experience of court proceedings. Fredrik has participated in major acquisition and sales projects, mergers, restructurings, investments, incentive programs and he is often hired as liquidator, auditor and chairman at general meetings. He gives hands-on advice to management, board and owners and his clients appreciate him for his pragmatic approach and his business-oriented advice.
