More about Mattias Larsson
Mattias Larsson heads Fylgia’s Corporate and M&A team and is active in private M&A, in particular within the technology-, life science- and industry sectors. Mattias predominantly works with mid- and small cap deals (valuations from EUR 5 to 100 million) but also works with larger deals – then often in an international setting, being the local supplier. Mattias is regularly working together with his large international network of law firms. He has vast experience of managing and advising his clients together with his team throughout the entire transaction, both from the seller side and the buyer side. His work covers inter alia drafting and negotiation of share purchase agreements, shareholders’ agreements and commercial agreements, leading due diligence work, and handle litigations.
