Fylgia advised the founders in the sale of the leading sound design agency Lexter to AFRY

Efterklang, part of engineering and design company AFRY, acquires Lexter and strengthens its offer within sound design and “Sound-as-a-Service” for clients in public and digital environments. Efterklang is one of Europe’s largest and most reputable players within acoustics, vibration services and sound design.

The founders of Lexter were advised by Fylgia’s partner Mattias Larsson (Head of M&A).
