Fylgia advised the founders in the sale of the Swedish cloud provider City Network to the IT company Iver, owned by EQT

Iver, the result of the merger between Candidator and DGC, and owned by EQT, is acquiring the Swedish cloud provider City Network. The goal is to create a new European cloud alternative for Swedish and international enterprises within cloud services, with a need for a comprehensive, secure, and technical global base for their digital innovation.

The founders of City Network were advised by Fylgia’s partner Mattias Larsson (Head of M&A).
