Fylgia advised Visma in the acquisition of Flex Applications

Visma has acquired the software company Flex Applications. Flex Applications is active within personnel management with HRM solutions for large and middle sized Swedish and Nordic companies. Visma is one of Europe’s leading supplier of cloud-based software to both the private and public sector.
