Fylgia has advised Beijer Byggmaterial at the acquisition of Byggvaruhuset i Trelleborg

Beijer Byggmaterial AB has acquired Byggvaruhuset i Trelleborg AB that until now has been a member of Woody Bygghandel. Through the acquisition, Beijer Byggmaterial grows to 69 combi-stores for building materials and the new store is now the southernmost store of the company.

Beijer Byggmaterial is the largest wholly owned combi-store chain for building materials in Sweden with a turnover of around SEK 6 billion and with around 1,400 employees. Beijer Byggmaterial is part of Stark Group, the largest distributor of building materials in the Nordics.

Fylgia’s team was led by Mattias Larsson and also included Inger Byman, Ulf Andersen and Nicole Sygut.
