Fylgia has advised Incusci Holding at the acquisition of Miljöbelysning from Ecoclime

Incusci Holding AB has entered into a share purchase agreement to acquire Miljöbelysning Sweden AB from Ecoclime Group AB. Miljöbelysning is active within electronic products and software for a more efficient use of energy in the real estate industry. The completion of the transaction is planned to take place on 2 January 2025.
