W&H acquries Osstell from Fouriertransform

W&H Dentalwerk Bürmoos GmbH, based in Bürmoos, Austria, is one of the world’s leading manufacturers of dental precision instruments and devices. Osstell AB, headquartered in Gothenburg, is a med tech company with a unique technology within implant stability measurement and osseointegration progress monitoring. The company conducts business from Sweden and USA and its products are sold globally.

Fylgia has assisted W&H Dentalwerk Bürmoos GmbH in connection with the acquisition of Osstell AB from Fouriertransform AB.

Fylgia’s team mainly consisted of Mattias Larsson (partner), Sara Fjell (associate) and Sofia Odin (associate).
