Zeelandia was advised by Fylgia

Fylgia advised Koninklijke Zeelandia Groep B.V. in connection with the sale of Zeelandia Sweden AB to Orkla Food Ingredients AS.

Zeelandia Sweden AB is active within the supply of margarine, vegetable oils and bakery ingredients.

The transaction is subject to the approval of the Swedish competition authority.

Fylgia’s team was led by partner Mattias Larsson and also included partner Johanna Hållén and associate Eddie Exelin.
